Located at 1530 Riverside Drive, Nashville, TN 37206

Tim Jackson Counseling is located on the bottom floor of Riverside Station in East Nashville — the same building as Snapshot Interactive and across the street from Riverside Revival and Babo. The office has its own exterior entrance just off the parking lot, so you won't need to navigate through the building to find us.
 

Parking

Parking is always free. There are four designated visitor spaces in the lot — use those if available. If they're full, park anywhere else in the lot. Do not scan or pay at any parking kiosk.
 

If you weren't able to use a visitor space, just mention it when you're greeted for your appointment. We'll ask for your license plate number so we can register it with the parking management company for that session.
 

Getting In

The office door is locked at all times for security. About 72 hours before your appointment, you'll receive a text reminder that includes the code for the lockbox outside the entrance. Use that code to access the key and let yourself in at your appointment time.

If you have any trouble with the lockbox or don't receive your reminder, reach out to the practice for assistance.
 

The Waiting Area

Once you're inside, the waiting area is yours. It's a space to slow down, settle in, and get out of your head before the session begins — not a lobby to rush through.
 

Snacks, drinks, and restrooms are all available. 
 

Before Your First Visit

A few things worth knowing ahead of time:

• You'll complete all intake paperwork through the SimplePractice client portal before your first session — nothing to bring, nothing to fill out on arrival

• A notebook is optional but some people find it useful

• Sessions are 50 minutes and begin at your scheduled time — arriving a few minutes early gives you a chance to settle in

• If something comes up and you need to cancel, 24 hours notice is required to avoid the full session fee
