I'm Tim Jackson, a licensed therapist in East Nashville. I work with adults individually and within their relationships. My office is about 8 minutes from Germantown — close enough that getting here doesn't have to be an obstacle.

This is a private pay practice. All sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. No insurance is billed for new clients. No diagnosis is required to begin.
Private pay means no third party deciding what your care looks like, how long it should take, or what gets documented. The work stays between us.
If you have a PPO plan, a superbill is available upon request. Please note that Tim Jackson Counseling does not provide a formal diagnosis — which most insurance plans require for reimbursement. Contact your insurer directly to confirm what your plan requires before assuming reimbursement is available.
Getting Here
My office is located at 1530 Riverside Drive in East Nashville — about 8 minutes from Germantown. The office is on the bottom floor of Riverside Station with its own exterior entrance off the parking lot. Parking is always free.
If coming in person doesn't work for your schedule, online sessions are available for adults across Tennessee and Virginia. Same approach, different room.
