Premarital Counseling

Start Strong. Stay That Way.

You've put a lot of thought into the wedding. Premarital counseling is for putting thought into the marriage — the day-to-day rhythms, the hard conversations, the moments when you'll need to know how to find each other again.

This isn't a checklist or a compatibility test. It's a real look at who you each are, what you're each bringing with you, and how to build something that can actually hold you — through the beautiful parts and the hard ones.

Premarital counseling is private pay.

What We'll Explore Together

• Money & What It Means — how you each think about finances, what it brings up, and how to navigate it as a team.

• Family Patterns & Traditions — what you're bringing from the families you grew up in, what you want to carry forward together.

• Navigating Conflict — not avoiding disagreement, but learning how to move through it without losing each other.

• Emotional & Physical Intimacy — how you stay close, what gets in the way, and how to keep finding each other.

• Future & Family — children, blended families, big life milestones, and how to face them together.

Why Choose Premarital Counseling?

Couples who invest in premarital counseling tend to report stronger communication, deeper trust, and greater confidence going into marriage. The research backs that up — and so does the lived experience of sitting with couples who've done this work. The ones who come in curious and open tend to leave with something real.

Investing in Your Marriage

Premarital counseling is one of the most intentional investments you can make before your wedding day.

Here's how we can work together:

Weekly Sessions — $175 per session. We meet regularly over several weeks, working through each topic at a pace that fits you.

One-Day Intensive — $900. A focused, full-day experience for couples who want to do the work in a concentrated format — ideal if your schedule is tight or your wedding is approaching.

Both options are private pay. Upon completion, you'll receive a notarized certificate of completion for your Tennessee marriage license application.

Ready to Begin Your Journey?

You don't have to have everything figured out before you reach out. Most couples don't. That's actually why you come.

Ready to begin? I'd love to hear from you here.
