Group Counseling
You're Not as Alone in This as It Might Feel
There's something that happens in a room full of people who genuinely understand — not because they have the same story, but because they know what it feels like to be in yours.
Group counseling is that room. You'll share, you'll listen, you'll be surprised by what other people's honesty brings out in you. And somewhere in that process, the weight of carrying it alone starts to lift.
This is especially valuable if you're navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, life transitions, or simply a persistent sense of disconnection. Group therapy offers something individual therapy can't — the lived experience of being witnessed and understood by people who are in it too. Group sessions are private pay.
What Happens in a Group?
-
You practice new ways of relating in real time — not just talking about them, but actually doing them
-
You receive honest, caring feedback from people who aren't your therapist or your people
-
You find that what you've been carrying in private is something others carry too
-
You build confidence by showing up, being seen, and staying in the room
-
You leave knowing that growth doesn't have to happen alone
There's something quietly powerful about hearing someone else put words to something you've felt but couldn't name. And something equally powerful about doing that for someone else.
